    • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights and validate product ideas, ensuring a user-centric approach to product development.
    • Run daily stand-ups, triage bugs, sprint planning and actively communicate, direct and engage with engineering, design and data teams.
    • Analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market data to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform product decisions.
    • Continuously iterate on the product based on feedback and data analysis, making incremental improvements to enhance user experience and drive product growth.

Here’s what you’ll need to be successful:

    • Experience in with demand generation in a B2C or Marketplace company
    • Deep understanding of acquisition KPIs and complex funnels
    • Demonstrated familiarity with digital marketing in areas of SEO strategy, emails, digital ads, etc.
    • Ability to conduct fast, iterative experiments and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to drive business impact
    • Experience leading multi-functional teams preferably in a marketplace environment
    • Creative thinker with the ability to view a problem from multiple perspectives
    • Results driven with an open-minded attitude and willingness to seek the best ideas to achieve optimal outcome for product and business (“Ideas over egos”)
    • A combination of experience in a fast-paced startup and a well-established tech company: we’re looking for someone who is flexible, a self-starter and quick learner that can also bring best practices and knowledge from a larger company

Interview Process:

    • Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by the Hiring Manager.
    • If you meet eligibility requirements, the next step would be a phone screen with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes.
    • If warranted, the next step would be a video interview with the Head of Product for one (1) hour.
    • If warranted, the next step would be a video panel interview with key stakeholders at PadSplit for two (2) hours.
    • The panel interview will require a candidate to work on an assessment where you will showcase your product management mindset to the panel for discussion.
    • If warranted, then we move to offer!
