As a Capture and Proposal Strategist you are a critical driver of Palantir’s U.S. Government business growth. Through collaborating with business development and technical execution stakeholders, you will help expand Palantir’s footprint in the Civil and Health space by supporting customer acquisition strategies and writing compelling proposals to win contracts. Curious, critically-minded, and detail-oriented, you are an exceptional writer and strong project manager capable of turning complex technical concepts into persuasive proposals, white papers, project vision statements, and other business documents. You will write technical and non-technical explanations of our software's capabilities, contextualize our technology against customer-specific use cases, track active opportunities for updates, and manage formal proposals to win new business.

This role is an opportunity to embed deeply in a unique company. Palantir is fast-paced, and you'll be expected to make decisions independently by weighing many needs and priorities. In this role, you'll wear many hats, arising to new business challenges while growing your skills and domain expertise on the job. The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $95,000 - $147,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individual’s relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the potential future value of any long-term incentives.
