Looking for a skilled and experienced Tractor Driver/Machinery Operator to help our team on a full time basis! We are located about 10 minutes from Lake Brunner and support 5 farms and one dairy support farm across the complex. To be fit for this role, you will need to know how to drive/operate agricultural machinery and be prepared to help with land preparation and cultivation, fertilising, feeding stock and repairs/maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on their own and as part of a team, have a good work ethic and good time management skills. We offer an attractive salary with additional benefits.
We are looking for:
· Tractor driving experience
· Proven ability in the operation and maintenance of plant farm machinery
· Excellent level of customer focus and ability to communicate effectively
· Commitment to high standards of health and safety
· NZ driver’s licence
