If you want to join a large, hardworking, supportive team with good work-life balance in an organisation that looks out for your health and safety and will support your professional development – this could be for you!

We’re looking for an Assistant Dairy Production Manager who is passionate about the dairy industry, loves cows, and never compromises animal welfare, to join a high performing team on a profitable milk farm.  The manager and 2IC are very supportive and encourage the Bounty team to develop their skills with ITO courses and have their learnings put into practice on-farm.  Bounty Dairy Unit is a 629-ha property, that winters 1500 cows and milks 1400 through a 60-bail rotary at peak.

There’s a great team environment on this farm and Pāmu support their staff by maintaining their farm equipment, providing all personal protective equipment (including footwear) and protective clothing as well as health and safety gear.  You’ll have a great work-life balance with a 6/2 roster (June -Jan) and a 6/3 (Feb – May).

You will bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn so you can develop your farming skills within a support team environment.
Once you start, we’ll assess your competency and provide training where needed for the farm ute, tractor, two-wheeler, etc., to enable you to complete your tasks.

We offer a competitive remuneration package including salary, health benefits, etc.  The role comes with modern three-bedroom home, fully fenced.  The location has great schooling options nearby and easy access to a fantastic range of outdoor recreational activities including water sports, hunting, fishing, and mountain biking.
