Bring your extensive knowledge of technology security and infrastructure and service management to our complex, nationwide network.

You will be accountable for overseeing the efficient functioning of technology operations, integrating cybersecurity protocols, providing proficient services, vendor management, and ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

·         Managing technical operations, including leading team development, and associated budgets.

·         Overseeing effective cyber security measures, implementing best practices, and reporting to board and committees.

·         Supporting technology functions and end-user satisfaction including being accountable for vendors and service level agreements.

·         Managing cloud infrastructure, network environments, and upgrades.

·         Collaborate with Technology and Digital leadership team and liaising with stakeholders to maximise technology effectiveness.

·         Ensuring Pāmu has IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans in place.

·         Providing strategic and thought leadership across Pāmu’s technology landscape with direct input into our strategy and business plans.

 

You will have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team of IT specialist to achieve high standards, continually improve and deliver outcomes.

You will also have:

•         10+ years in senior technology leadership roles in complex, fast-paced organisations.

•         Deep understanding across the technology landscape, including cloud infrastructure, network and communications, and cyber security.

•         Proven experience working with customers to understand and clarify needs with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.

•         Collaborative approach to solving technology challenges, while building trust within a team environment.
