·         Varied admin support role in the hub of Pāmu’s Pastoral Complex

·         Modern office space located in on Te Toke Road, 20 minutes from Taupo

Be responsible for office coordination, documentation and event management to support the Pastoral Complex of Pāmu Farms of New Zealand.

The Opportunity
You will provide office and administration support to ensure the Pastoral Complex runs efficiently and effectively.  You will be based within a hub of activity with more than 20 farms in the complex to keep you busy.

A typical day could include:
·         Responding to office enquiries and managing mail/courier requirements
·         Coordinating travel bookings and arrangements
·         Assisting with event management and meetings
·         Supporting maintenance of accounts with the Wellington Office Accounts team
·         Coordinating training events for the on-farm teams and training providers
·         Updating databases and information records as needed

About You
We are looking for a motivated, confident office coordinator who is adaptable and can work independently to get everything done.

You would also have:
·         Experience in a busy, customer facing office coordination role
·         A genuine interest in people and a strong customer focus
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·         Competency with a variety of MS Office programmes and systems
·         The ability to tailor your approach to the situation
