The Opportunity
You will be responsible for leading the planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of Pāmu’s Asset Management.

Key responsibilities include:
·         Establishing, implementing, and maintaining Pāmu’s Asset Management System to monitor asset performance.
·         Working collaboratively with Farm Managers and Business Managers to ensure that asset life cycles are being appropriately managed.
·         Building capability and understanding through coaching, mentoring, and giving regular feedback.
·         Overseeing the development and implementation of asset decision-making methodologies, performance targets, asset data management standards, data collection and monitoring programs.
·         Developing a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
·         Ensuring the Asset Management Plans incorporate a sustainability focus that is industry leading.

About You
You will bring significant leadership and experience within asset management and asset management systems.

You will also have:
·         10+ years’ experience in asset management roles, including function and people leadership.
·         Highly developed analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to bring together diverse data and information to support evidence-based asset management decision making.
·         Experience in developing and implementing Asset Management Plans.
·         Experience in the use and development of data and information management, technology systems and processes to support asset management practice.
