The Deer Milk Specialist will proactively develop networks with internal and external stakeholders, actively participate in regional discussion groups, forums and initiatives to build reputational equity of Pāmu within the community and region, as well as work closely with the current farming team at Aratiatia.

This role will report to the Business Manager to drive business success and optimise farm performance as part of Pāmu’s Deer Milk portfolio. There is an expectation that the role will work shoulder to shoulder with the existing livestock farm team, with dotted line reporting to the Aratiatia Farm Manager.
