We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Analyst who specialises in compliance to join our growing organic farming business as our Organics Compliance Analyst.

This exciting new role will specialise in compliance assurance and be the trusted advisor to Farm and Business Managers. In essence, you will be the organics' ‘champion’ for our dairy organics operation.

You’ll use your data management, business analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure the technical integrity of climate, soil, forage, and animal management policies are maintained and monitored to meet business objectives.

With the support of a specialised organics Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing development and management of all documentation required as part of the registration, certification and operation of our organics farms and provide a clear pathway for continual compliance for organic certification.

As well as being organised, collaborative, able to think critically and possessing strong written and oral communication skills, we’ll looking for someone with the following:
 
·         Compliance and/or audit experience
·         Relevant tertiary or post graduate qualification
·         Experience in improving processes
·         Experience training staff on regulations and industry practices
·         High level report writing skills and experience
·         Strong stakeholder relationship skills
·         Professional communication skills
·         Methodical and organised
