Are you looking for an OD role where you can really make your mark by developing leadership capability?  Would you like to bring some of your ideas about employment engagement and employee experience to life?  If this sounds like you and you are passionate about improving employee experience and building leadership capability, check out our Organisational Development Business Partner (ODBP) role.

Our ODBP will work closely with senior leaders across all groups.  By working collaboratively, our ODBP will identify development opportunities and develop standardised leadership training to be delivered both regionally and nationally.  Ad hoc initiatives will be addressed with groups and teams, with training being rolled out across a variety of delivery mechanisms (i.e. face to face, online, etc).

Working closely with the wider People Team and especially with our HRBPs, our new ODBP will deliver against our People Strategy and establish themselves as a trusted advisor with our stakeholders.  This role will also be instrumental in measuring employee engagement and will advise on strategies to improve employee experience.

As the country’s largest farming organisation, the work that you do in this role has the potential to contribute significantly to the development of capability in New Zealand’s agricultural sector.
