Join Pāmu and work shoulder-to-shoulder with a great team where you can start or grow your dairy career, no experience required, training will be provided on the job.

The Opportunity
Your day-to-day activities may consist of feeding calves, administering animal health treatments and processing calves through the cattle yards.

We have a robust health and safety regime at Pāmu, and have well maintained, up to date farm equipment that you’ll be able to use.
These roles will start when the calf rearing season starts in July 2024, so it’s a great opportunity to line up your next on-farm role.

The Farms
We have over 10 farms on the West Coast, this opportunity will be in Grey District.  These farms are varying sizes and specialities, so there are many opportunities to develop and grow your career within the region.

About You
You will have a positive attitude and willingness to learn looking to develop and grow your dairy career.

You will also have:
·         An exceptional attitude to health and safety and animal welfare.
·         A love of animals.
·         Be punctual and reliable.
·         The ability to work unsupervised and good communication skills.
·         Take pride in your work and surrounding environment.
·         Restricted or full driver’s licence.
