Our Endurance dairy farm is looking for a new Dairy Production Manager as 2IC to the Farm Manager. Endurance is a well set out farm with good infrastructure and with modern technology at your fingertips. The 366 ha are in a great location with 820 cows and good water. The farm has a 4 year old 54 bale rotary cowshed. It is well staffed with a good roster.
You would be a forward thinker and looking for a role as the stepping stone to Farm Manager. You are keen to learn more about farming and working with people.
