We’re looking for a motivated Shepherd to join our team on Dale Farm. Dale Farm is a 2500 ha sheep, beef and deer property with 14,000 su, located 16km from Te Anau. This role offers a great deal of variation and scope for the right person as we continue to reach new levels of performance.
With a team of four staff, Dale offers a cohesive team environment as well as being a stunning place to work. If you have a great attitude, a passion for results and bring excellent attention to detail this role is for you!
As well as being competent and self-motivated, we’re looking for the following:
·         Proven experience as a Senior Shepherd
·         Positive attitude
·         Team player
·         Ability to work with deer, or motivation to learn
·         Great communication skills
·         Current and full NZ drivers’ licence
The position comes with a modern, double glazed sunny three-bedroom home, with stunning views looking out to Lake Te Anau. Excellent access to outdoor activities and schooling. School bus to farm boundary.
