We’re looking for a Senior Dairy Business Analyst - Dairy who is skilled at engaging with all levels of stakeholders providing insights and opportunities that drive the performance of our National Dairy Business. There’s a huge variety of work and plenty of scope for you to follow your interests and develop your strengths. If you’re smart, proactive, curious, and keen to make an impact, this role’s for you.

To be successful in this role, you will have
· Demonstrated experience in improving business performance
· Ability to positively influence decision making with your data-driven insights
· Demonstrated experience in building meaningful and strong relationships
· Experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· A creative mind-set to think outside the box
· Intimate knowledge of NZ Agricultural systems
