The Opportunity
As a Calf Rearer, your day-to-day activities may consist of feeding calves, picking up calves, administering animal health treatments and processing calves through the cattle yards.

We have a robust health and safety regime at Pāmu, and have well maintained, up to date farm equipment that you’ll be able to use.

The Farms
We have over 20 farms in our Pastoral Complex spread throughout Taupo and Reporoa with varying sizes and specialities, so there are many opportunities to develop and grow your career.

About You
You will have a positive attitude and willingness to learn looking to develop and grow your dairy career. Most of our calf rearing opportunities are drive in/drive out positions, so reliable transport is a must.

You will also have:
·         An exceptional attitude to health and safety and animal welfare
·         Be punctual and reliable
·         The ability to work unsupervised and good communication skills
·         Take pride in your work and surrounding environment
·         Restricted or full driver’s licence
