The Opportunity
 
Ready to take the plunge into an exciting role as a People System Analyst and be a key facilitator behind implementing and enhancing our new People System (My Pāmu using Workday).
 
You’ll feel right at home with our team, we collaborate closely, support one another, and share plenty of laughs along the way.
 
You’ll get to configure, implement, and support My Pāmu, while ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets governance standards. Your insights will spark continuous improvements in our business processes and fuel our data analysis efforts.
 
You will monitor the system performance, maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, policies and procedures, diagnose and resolve issues and provide support to users, update user accounts, and ensure that security protocols are followed.  Collaborating with teams across the organisation, you’ll help everyone get the most out of Workday.
 
Whether it’s position management, compensation, or talent management, you’ve got the know-how to navigate the intricacies of people data like a pro, with your analytical skills and keen attention to detail, you can turn numbers into stories, using PowerBI and other tools is a speciality.
 
You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders happy.

About you
You’re an HRIS champion with a flair for Workday and a solid background in the HR world.  This is a senior role, and you will have experience in a similar system administrator role.
 
Key Requirements:
Experience with Workday: You’ve got experience using and implementing Workday or similar HRIS systems. If you’re Workday certified, that’s a bonus.
 
HR Know-How: You know your way around HR functional areas like position management, compensation, and recruitment.
 
Analytical Skills: Numbers and data don’t scare you, you have a knack for digging into complex HR data and turning it into insights.
 
Advanced Excel: Your Excel skills are top-notch. You can whip up pivot tables, craft complex formulas, and create stunning data visuals.
 
Data Management: You’re familiar with business intelligence tools and data management. You know how to play with data from various sources.
 
Training and Support: You enjoy helping others learn and thrive. You’ll provide training and support so everyone can make the most of our Workday system.
 
Project Management: You excel at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
 
Communication Skills: You’re a natural communicator, whether it's through emails, reports, or face-to-face chats. Collaboration is your middle name!
 
Preferred Qualifications:
·         You have a relevant qualification (or proven experience), with a flair for data analytics and reporting.
·         You’ve dabbled in Pay Global and have a good grasp of remuneration practices.
·         If you have a love for farming or the agricultural world, that’s a fantastic plus.
