A Stock Manager opportunity is available on Mangatoa Station! We are located 10 km west of Kaikohe, and within 30 minutes of the Bay of Islands.
As Stock Manager you will be responsible for organising day-to-day activities on farm as well as supporting and leading a number of staff. We are looking for someone with preferably 2-3 years’ stock management experience who has excellent communication skills and loves to help people develop their skills and career from the ground up.
The position comes with a 3-bedroom home, an attractive salary with additional benefits is on offer, as well as ongoing training and personal development to help you reach your personal and career goals.
Mangatoa is one of Pāmu’s top performing properties which is4,234 effective ha, farming a diverse mix of enterprises which carries 9000 ewes, 3000 hoggets and 600 calving cows. Mangatoa also grows bulls for the dairy industry and winters 5000 cattle and finishes up to 1200 steers.
