Be responsible for reporting systems in a cloud based environment as part of large, complex farming organisation.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for leading the building, development, enhancement and maintenance of management and corporate reporting systems predominantly in a cloud-based environment.
Your key responsibilities include:
· Developing, building, and enhancing effective operational and management reporting systems.
· Building and developing reporting for critical business information to enable data driven decision making.
· Creating and presenting dashboards with easy-to-use interfaces.
· Contributing and advising from technical perspective providing custom reporting and data solutions.
· Work collaboratively across the organisation with on-farm staff and corporate to ensure reporting is fit for purpose.
About You
You will bring strong problem-solving and analytical skills to this opportunity with an ability to identify and resolve complex data-related issues.
You will also have:
· 3+ years of experience as a BI developer, with demonstrated success in designing and implementing BI solutions.
· Strong programming skills in SQL, covering query writing and ability to manage and develop effective data structures.
· Proficiency in database management, ETL processes, data modelling, and data visualization tools.
· Project management experience, including development of BI solutions and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as you'll be working closely with stakeholders from different departments and backgrounds.
· Familiarity with agile development methodologies and best practices.
