We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team in North America. This role is ideal for a professional with more than 5 years of experience in field engineering, possessing a strong background in technical support, system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our service standards. (Applicants must reside in Colorado)

What you'll do

    • Conduct on-site audits, installations, maintenance, and repair of complex equipment and systems
    • Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution both remotely and on-site
    • Ability to direct third party service providers
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design and service delivery
    • Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians
    • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
    • Maintain detailed documentation of service operations and customer interactions
    • Manage service projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
    • Provide feedback to the engineering team for product improvements
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
    • Ability to travel up to 66% of the time

What you'll bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a field service engineering role
    • Strong technical skills in relevant technologies/equipment
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
    • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
    • Willingness to travel frequently within North America and occasionally internationally
    • Ability to work in the field, including going up and down stairs and ladders
$75,000 - $85,000 a year
Final salary offered is based upon multiple factors, including individual job-related qualifications, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and location. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for stock options. We offer comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and 401k.
