Business Systems Manager

  • Tell us about a specific project you led or contributed to that involved lead management in Salesforce. What was the goal of the project, and what role did you play?
  • Have you had direct hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including configuring CPQ, workflows, and automations?
  • Have you scoped and led the implementation or optimization of GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, Outreach, Gong) to improve revenue performance or cross-functional workflows?
  • Have you led or mentored another Salesforce Admin, Systems Analyst, or similar role—even informally or in a “player-coach” capacity?
  • Have you worked directly with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success leadership to translate business needs into system or process changes?
  • Are you comfortable prioritizing system requests based on business impact and collaborating cross-functionally in a remote-first environment?
