Job Description

    • Analysing and reviewing fraud risks/trends on products and services, supporting a culture where each colleague takes ownership for risk and management control,
    • To improve, design and help implement fraud rule sets on accounts that have different risk levels,
    • Stay on top of changes in fraud trends, new products and services, conduct reviews or update internal processes to stay current and understand any implications to fraud processes,
    • Assist as necessary in the provision of fraud training and awareness to other business areas.

Qualifications

    • University degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or other related disciplines,
    • At least 5 years of Fraud experience and knowledge,
    • Knowledge of payment systems, card product methodologies,
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills,
    • Excellent problem solving skills and clear logical thinking,
    • Must have revious experience and knowledge of working within a fraud or risk-based environment with good investigative skills and excellent attention to detail,
    • Profound understanding of online payments processing/card products/payment platforms, methodologies,
    • Experience of data analysis, ability to analyze large volumes of data.
