Job Description
- Analysing and reviewing fraud risks/trends on products and services, supporting a culture where each colleague takes ownership for risk and management control,
- To improve, design and help implement fraud rule sets on accounts that have different risk levels,
- Stay on top of changes in fraud trends, new products and services, conduct reviews or update internal processes to stay current and understand any implications to fraud processes,
- Assist as necessary in the provision of fraud training and awareness to other business areas.
Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or other related disciplines,
- At least 5 years of Fraud experience and knowledge,
- Knowledge of payment systems, card product methodologies,
- Strong communication and teamwork skills,
- Excellent problem solving skills and clear logical thinking,
- Must have revious experience and knowledge of working within a fraud or risk-based environment with good investigative skills and excellent attention to detail,
- Profound understanding of online payments processing/card products/payment platforms, methodologies,
- Experience of data analysis, ability to analyze large volumes of data.
