What You’ll Do?
- Implement corporate communications strategies to drive external brand awareness,
- Act as a business communication partner, working closely with domains to understand their communication needs and develop tailored plans,
- Work closely with the PR agencies and Domains to identify content development needs in response to business requirements,
- Recommend, develop, and pursue earned media opportunities aligned with corporate priorities; lead the editorial planning process with a cross-functional team,
- Work closely with digital, social media, and creative peers to increase integrated campaign impact and unlock next-gen digital experiences with PR & communication tactics,
- Prepare and calendarize the press releases within the scope of the corporate communications strategy,
- Create engaging content for both internal and external channels.- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our users,
- Draft and develop resources to support executive engagements, leveraging strong writing capabilities, a strong understanding of current events and relevant issues, and detailed business knowledge,
- Identify external engagement opportunities and sponsorships, coordinate appropriate actions for inbound requests, and uphold a review and approval process for all activities,
- Event/exhibition/sponsorship follow-up and management,
- Conduct sponsorship contract processes by coordinating with legal and accounting teams,
- Media monitoring and reports within the scope of media relationship management,
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in communication,
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports to measure growth and identify opportunities that align with objectives and key results (OKRs).
Who You Are?
- Creative, data & results-driven, flexible, collaborative, and passionate Communications professional,
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Social Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferably a master's degree),
- At least four years of experience in corporate communications and media relations,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish,
- Ability to develop and effectively implement corporate communication plans,
- Proficiency in using digital & social media platforms; planning and executing social media campaigns,
- Ability to measure and analyze the success of media relations and communication activities,
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete them on time and within budget,
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders,
- Ability to work flexibly and effectively in a dynamic and fast-changing work environment.
