What You’ll Do
- To initiate the notification process in case of alerts reflected in monitoring systems and inform relevant departments via messaging, email, and phone through existing tools,
- To detect and initiate the notification process for abnormal situations in the monitored graphs through monitoring systems,
- To create incident records for analysis and resolution by opening incident tickets to the relevant teams through event management.
Who You Are
- Graduated from relevant departments at the university,
- Proficient in English,
- Familiar with the workflow and operations of Card Payment Systems,
- Minimum 1 year of experience,
- Team-oriented and strong communication skills,
- Providing 7/24 support based on a team schedule.
