Job Description
- Responsible for prepaid cards portfolio management,
- By analyzing all cards customer, create sub-segments and optimize these segments for better volume,
- Design welcome journey for new issued card customers, activation and retention programs for existing users,
- Managing and following new programs to increase profit and create loyalty,
- Pre&post analyze growth activities,
- Do A/B testing to maximize campaign performance,
- Follow up daily & monthly KPIs,
- Follow new technologies and the Fintech ecosystem in the world.
Qualifications
- Preferably four years of experience in related fields,
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics),
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking ability,
- Love to analyze detailed data and build meaningful insights of them,
- Experienced in a large number of customer data analysis,
- Good command of Microsoft Office programs,
- Good at communication and coordination, teamwork, highly motivated, multi-tasking, and result oriented personality,
- Oral and written fluency in English and Turkish,
- Residency in Istanbul.
