We are looking for a brilliant System Production Engineering Manager to ramp a brand new activity of manufacturing testing in Parallel Wireless. You will be working close with HW and SW architects, SW and FW teams, operations and external parties such as contract manufacturers and equipment vendors. You will hire and train a team of software and system professionals, design and implement a software infrastructure to answer manufacturing needs, develop test content according to the system requirements, define and implement KPIs and methods to monitor yields, process stability (Cp/Cpk), design and implement manufacturing data storage and reporting tools, choose the appropriate data analytics methods to root cause product failures and deliver debug data to the R&D teams in order to stabilize the production testing, implement methods to reduce the test time and increase the factory throughput.

What you should have:

    • 7+ years of relevant experience in the field of SW/HW products integration, and HW testing infrastructure development -must
    • 5+ years of experience in leading software development teams, hiring software professionals and building a highly performing teams - must
    • Software engineering skills in C++/ Python/C# programming languages -must
    • Proven experience in data analysis and usage of data analytics tools (e.g. JMP, Spotfire and similar)- must
    • Proven experience in designing large scale systems and end to end software solutions- big advantage  
    • Proven experience in development of SQL and noSQL databases - advantage
    • Ability to quickly adapt to new technology and go deep into new areas
    • Ability to drive new solutions according to any new requirement that may arise
    • Work independently, lead the team to success, and guide R&D teams
    • Strong communication skills

Education:

    • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
