Are you an experienced technical project manager with deep expertise in RF engineering, wireless communication systems, and radio frequency hardware development? We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead complex RF hardware and embedded system projects across international teams—from concept through to mass production.

This role demands hands-on technical knowledge, leadership across the full hardware/software development lifecycle, and the ability to align diverse teams spanning engineering, system validation, NPI (New Product Introduction), and manufacturing operations.

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll drive delivery of radio frequency (RF) and wireless hardware solutions, coordinating multi-disciplinary, cross-regional engineering teams to deliver advanced RF circuit design and embedded software technologies. You’ll oversee all project phases—hardware architecture, RF design, system integration, functional validation, and manufacturing transfer.
This is not just a scheduling role—you'll actively apply RF design principles and wireless technology expertise to ensure successful project execution across a dynamic hardware and software development environment.

What you'll do:

    • Lead globally distributed project teams through the complete lifecycle—from project initiation to production ramp-up.
    • Define project engagement points, team responsibilities, and formal handover processes.
    • Ensure ISO 9001-compliant documentation, traceability, and regulatory conformance across all phases.
    • Track and manage project KPIs, milestones, BOMs, and technical deliverables.

    • Manage delivery of projects involving:
    • RF circuit design, antenna systems, and embedded firmware development
    • Prototype assembly and RF validation testing
    • System-level integration, performance tuning, and design reviews
    • NPI handoff, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and manufacturing scale-up

What you must have:

    • Technical & Domain Expertise
    • Proven experience in mobile wireless technologies, including radio hardware, RFIC, and embedded systems.
    • Strong command of RF systems, FPGA development, RF SoCs, and wireless protocols.
    • Deep understanding of signal integrity, analog/digital RF behavior, and EMI/EMC compliance.
    •
      Project & Lifecycle Management:
    • Demonstrated success managing end-to-end RF product development—from concept through volume production.
    • Familiarity with ISO 9001, IPC standards, and structured hardware development processes.
    • Skilled in using modern project management platforms and structured stakeholder reporting.
    • PRINCE2 or PMP certification preferred.
    •
      Tools & Communication:
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking, reporting, and executive briefings.
    • Strong documentation, presentation, and cross-functional communication abilities.
    • Experience with BOM management, design reviews, and process validation.
    • Familiarity with CAD tools and PCB layout software is a plus.
    •
      Additional Technical Insight:
    • Hands-on understanding of RF hardware/software integration, test benches, and automated validation tools.
    • Knowledge of PCB fabrication, machining, and precision manufacturing techniques.
    • Experience interfacing with supply chain, NPI, and production engineering teams.

Education:

    • Telecommunications, Physics, Electronics Degree (minimum BSc, MSc- Advantage)
    • PRINCE qualification or equivalent
