Are you an experienced Technical Recruiter who thrives in both local and global tech environments? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with proven expertise in sourcing exceptional technical talent across markets!
In this role, you'll join our TA team, focusing on end-to-end recruitment for various technical positions - from Embedded and Low-level engineering to other key technical roles. Your experience in both Israeli and global markets will be key as you partner with hiring managers worldwide to build strong technical teams.
Starting as a temporary position, with potential for a permanent position.

💼What You'll Do

    • Drive full-cycle technical recruitment for both local and global positions
    • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies for passive candidates
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
    • Develop and maintain talent pipelines across different markets
    • Create exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process

🎯 What You Should have

    • 5+ years of technical recruitment experience in high-tech
    • Proven success in both local and global technical recruitment
    • Expertise with modern recruitment tools and methodologies
    • Strong track record managing complex recruitment processes
    • Fluent English and Hebrew - verbal and written
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field
