We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced System Architect to join our team and lead the design and architecture of cutting-edge cellular communication systems across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. In this role, you will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to define scalable, high-performance software and system architecture that meets our customers’ evolving needs in the telecom and mobile domains.
What you'll do:
- Oversee the development of detailed technical specifications and documentation for new features and products.
- Leading various development activities from specification through feature development to integration, debugging, testing and field deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams on various domains (HW, SW, FW, DSP, RF).
- Engage with Field Engineers to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in technical reviews and provide input on all aspects of the project lifecycle.
What you should have:
- Proven experience (10+ years) in software architecture and development in the telecom or cellular domain.
- Expertise in ORAN, GSM, LTE, NB-IOT and NR technologies and specification.
- Familiarity with Board schemes, SW/HW interfaces and FPGA interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems, real-time systems, or baseband software.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving architectural decisions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Education:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. Electrical Engineering, Communciation Systems Enginnering or related field.
