We are looking for an energetic and motivated Account Executive ready to expand their sales career in the exciting Prop Tech Space. This individual represents the Parity Inc. platform & will be presenting Parity. Inc at all levels of the sales process including; presenting at Condo Board Meetings. We are looking for individuals who are excited to work in tech, AI and has a passion for reducing CO2 emissions. You will be contributing to the following:
- Selling a no-upfront cost, guaranteed solution for buildings owners to manage their energy and reduce their carbon footprint.
- Conducting sales presentations to property managers and condo board members
- Effectively positioning Parity’s unique value proposition, ROI analysis and acting as a trusted advisor to clients
- Managing the end-to-end sales process
- Efficiently maintaining a sales pipeline
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Generating leads by actively seeking out new sales opportunities though cold calling, networking and social media
- 3+ years of professional selling experience
- Proven track record of being a top performer
- Proven experience closing new business using strategic value-based selling
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with G-suite, CRMs, and Salesforce
- Drivers license and full-time access to a vehicle

- Experience selling in an environment with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for a non-technical audience
- Background in energy technology – Solar or Solar leasing
- B2B experience
