Parnall Law Firm seeks a trustworthy and proactive Runner to support our Executive Assistant in managing personal and professional errands for the firm's Owner/CEO. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and adaptable.
Location: Albuquerque, NM (100% on-site)
Pay range: $15-$16 per hour

Results/Outcomes and Key Responsibilities
- Attend weekly firm-wide huddle every Monday morning at 8:00
- Attend daily team mini huddle Tuesday through Friday at 8:00 am
- Attend biweekly meeting with Team Lead to go over individual metrics
- Pick up and deliver items (documents, packages, supplies, etc.)
- Run personal errands for the firm's owner (shopping, post office, appointments, etc.)
- Coordinate daily with the Executive Assistant on tasks and priorities
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
- Assist with in-office tasks as needed
Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Clean driving history (no accidents or tickets)/insurable through Parnall Law Firm's insurance carrier
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and time management skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Availability Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00pm
$15 - $16 an hour
