We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to help us grow and maintain partnerships, train professionals on our software, and ensure our operations meet legal requirements and court reporting industry standards. As part of the broader Strategy & Operations team, you will contribute to court reporter marketplace operations and expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

    • Build and Manage Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with court reporting firms and freelance court reporters, fostering long-term collaborations.
    • Expansion Strategy: Contribute to the strategic expansion into new states and regions, identifying opportunities for growth to scale operations effectively.
    • Training and Onboarding: Train court reporters on our proprietary software, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of our technology.
    • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure transcript formatting and procedures are compliant with legal requirements and industry standards.
    • Digital Reporting Initiatives: Assist in developing partnerships with digital reporting firms and managing associated databases.
    • Startup Mindset: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability and problem-solving are key.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in the court reporting industry or a similar field.
    • Strong understanding of transcript standards and industry compliance.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Experience with training and onboarding processes, particularly with new technology.
    • Ability to multitask and manage various partnerships and projects simultaneously.
    • Comfortable working in a startup environment and adapting to rapid changes.

Nice to Have

    • Certified Shorthand Reporter through the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA).
    • Experience with digital reporting or electronic transcription methods.
    • Familiarity with court reporting software solutions.
