       Support Chief Impact Officer:
       Support the day-to-day operations of CIO
       Manage calendar: schedule, plan and prioritize meetings
       Coordinate travel and prepare comprehensive itineraries
       Take notes during meetings and prepare briefings
       Manage incoming/outgoing calls and maintain call sheet
       Draft and manage correspondence (emails, faxes, mail, couriers, etc)
       Create, organize and maintain confidential/critical documents
       Maintain all CIO databases
       Day-to-day office management/organization
       Process expense reports
       Relay relevant company information and invitations in a timely manner
       Conduct research and initial outreach to potential partners, vendors, etc.
       Serve as liaison between marketing, content, and other company divisions
       Support social impact campaigns:
       Participate in social impact team meetings, events and conferences
       Conduct research and develop reports on individuals, organizations, and issues
       Monitor relevant social sector news and create briefing documents
       Create, design and edit presentations, as needed
       Manage approved and assigned campaign initiatives
       Other duties / special projects as assigned
       Bachelor's degree
       1-2 years of experience as executive assistant or project manager
       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
       Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
       Must be efficient, organized, motivated, proactive and a strong communicator
       Strong writing, research, problem-solving, and presentation-creation skills
