About you and the role
You are resourceful, independent, and good-natured with strong communication skills and a strong level of technical ability. Ideally. You’ll have experience in sales, customer support, customer experience, or general operational role in startup/tech company while supporting SaaS products for enterprise clients.
What you’ll do
- Interacting directly with clients and partners via email and phone
- Responding to tickets in a timely manner
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Communicating bugs and issues to our Engineering and Product teams
- Being resourceful and self-self driven to accomplish your tasks
Here's what will help you thrive
- Good understanding of internet technologies (APIs, HTTP, REST, etc)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs
- Familiarity with querying information from an SQL database
- Solid understanding of APIs
- Comfortable reading code
- Can quickly learn new frameworks, technologies as needed
