The BizOps Associate will work closely with senior leadership to provide insights, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a strong generalist with excellent judgment, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor within the organization. What you'll do:

    • Lead initiatives that provide actionable insights and strategic guidance across key departments, including data analysis and playbook development for customer-facing teams.
    • Serve as a resource to handle ad hoc requests from staff and leadership, enabling deeper, more focused analysis and support for multiple stakeholders.

    • Collaborate with the Finance team to develop and maintain a sustainable forecasting model.
    • Work with Claims Ops to improve processes and maximize value recapture.
    • Provide strategic input and advisory support to senior leadership, driving high-impact decisions through detailed analyses (e.g., First Mile Lost Parcel analysis, building models for new metrics, etc.).

What we're looking for:

    • Proven track record in an analytical or operations-focused role, with experience providing strategic recommendations to leadership.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
    • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present insights in a clear, actionable manner.
    • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor across teams.
    • Experience with data analysis tools and proficiency in creating dashboards and reporting systems.
    • A collaborative, proactive mindset, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
