We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to play a key role in enhancing our Revenue Org’s productivity and growth. Reporting to Passport’s President, the Revenue Operations leader will partner with Revenue Org Leadership and play a critical role in aligning information, process, and operations across all elements of our customer lifecycle, including Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, On-boarding, and Customer Success.  Your ability to foster strong relationships, align teams, and drive projects to successful completion will be crucial to your success. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in optimizing revenue operations to support growth, and combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to improve efficiency and accelerate growth.

What you'll do:

    • Drive planning, and operations across the GTM functions, delivering ongoing efficiency improvements.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align RevOps strategies with overall business goals.
    • Design and implement scalable, efficient processes and systems to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness across the organization.
    • Oversee RevOps tech stack and sales analytics tools to ensure data integrity, accuracy and trend analysis.
    • Implement advanced dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, executive teams, and key stakeholders.
    • Define, document, and refine GTM processes to create efficiency and ensure a seamless customer journey.
    • Conduct regular assessments and feedback loops with teams to identify bottlenecks or barriers in the revenue process, adjusting as needed to drive performance.
    • Maintain a centralized knowledge hub of ongoing training and assets related to GTM processes, product knowledge, and marketing assets in partnership with product marketing.
    • Manage and grow a revenue operations team to support the GTM functions.

What we're looking for:

    • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role.
    • Strong executive presence, including written/verbal communication skills & stakeholder management.
    • Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced sales productivity and analytics tools (Tableau).Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Analytical problem solver who can build, analyze and discuss quantitative business metrics with finance and RevOps.
    • Team builder that knows how to manage small teams to deliver outsized organizational impacts.
$150,000 - $180,000 a year
The cash compensation above is scoped for Tier 1 cities such as San Francisco or New York. Other locations will vary based on our geographical pay approach. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, experience and expertise, and may vary from the level and amounts listed above.
