About Position
As  Enterprise Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to help build out our customer account management strategy for our diverse product lines. You will also directly manage some of our most strategic customers, drive efficiency in our existing onboarding processes, continuously refine and iterate on our customer success playbook, and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure we consistently exceed customer expectations.

What You’ll Do:

    • You’ll get the opportunity to help build out Patch’s customer account management playbook from the ground up alongside our head of revenue
    • You roll up your sleeves and directly manage multiple enterprise accounts
    • You’ll drive efficiencies and repeatability in our onboarding process, with a particular focus on strategic-level customers
    • You’ll help shepherd our largest most strategic deals to renewal
    • You’ll cultivate and nurture relationships with key strategic customers
    • You’ll be the voice of the customer, listen to their needs, and systematically bring detailed feedback to the internal team to help inform product roadmap and priorities
    • You’ll collaborate directly with the Revenue Operations team to drive account management forecasts, targets, and goals

Who You Are:

    • You are an experienced account manager with a history of building out strategies and relationships with customers
    • You have a proven track record of consistently achieving account management targets for strategic and enterprise customers
    • You are willing to roll up your sleeves and be a team of one as you build a strategy
    • You have deep knowledge of large enterprise post-sales motion
    • You have experience in building or being part of a scaling CS team at a fast-growth company - preferably a B2B Startup
    • You are an empathetic listener and communicator who can effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders.
    • You know or are interested in continuously learning more about climate action and carbon markets 
    • You are willing and able to travel occasionally to client locations to build and support relationships
    • You are willing and able to work from the Hayes Valley office in San Francisco, California a few days a week.

    • The salary for this role if filled within the United States has an on-target earnings that includes base salary and commission totaling near $200,000. This varies based on factors like level of experience, deal sizes, location, and market rates. Full-time employees will also be eligible for equity and insurance.
