As a Customer Success Manager, you'll have an amazing opportunity to work directly with our customers to expand and enhance the platform at these companies. We pride ourselves on our CS experience & are looking for someone who will do the same.
We'd love to hear from you if:
- You're experienced in managing customer relations, preferably with large-scale clients. Our Customer Success Managers run the entire show - onboarding, implementation, engagement, and strategy.
- You're strategic & creative. We want to hear our customer’s pain points and constantly create new ways we can improve the reach of our product with our customers.
- You're data driven. We use proven success metrics to determine if our customers are healthy and happy.
- You're passionate about talent development. Customer Success at Pathgather is all about fostering talent development innovation within the enterprise. It takes drive and excitement!
The customer success team works closely with every department in the organization - from sales to engineering - and has an incredible impact on the company overall.
