As the Director of Marketing,  you will lead the marketing team in the development, management and execution of marketing and public relations strategies that build and increase Patientco’s market presence.   In this role you will be responsible for the development and delivery of Patientco’s integrated marketing strategy with a primary focus on market positioning and lead generation.

You should be an astute leader who is both creative and analytical.  You must thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment because you will be partnering closely with our commercial sales organization and our product team in pursuit of accelerating Patientco’s industry positioning, market share, and attaining business goals.

    • Establish strategies and key messages that drive Patientco to become known as the leading patient financial experience company within healthcare
    • Progress topics, proprietary analysis, and provocative POVs that establish Patientco as a thought leader
    • Advance Patientco’s value proposition for key stakeholders  and highlight magnitude, and outcomes of Patientco value for key stakeholders spanning Health Systems, Staff, and Consumers
    • For lead generation, work with the team to drive B2B leads for US based Health Systems
    • Examine, and improve, campaigns, communication, events, and sales enablement tools to drive continued commercial success
    • Develops and oversees the creation and execution of detailed budgets and plans to achieve goals and demonstrate marketing spend effectiveness
    • Coaching and leadership for marketing team
    • Work closely with Patientco Leadership Team to ensure organizational awareness and visibility to Marketing led initiatives
    • Cultivate and drive relationships with outside agencies and partners as needed
    • In partnership with Sales team, plan and execute wide range of strategic industry events
    • Innovate models and methods to identify leads and expand existing networks
    • Activate indirect channel partners for success through tools, messages and support models that drive their business
    • Grow tools and messages that enable  sales opportunities for existing Patientco clients
    • Leading the marketing team members to articulate Patientco’s value proposition and brand promise to enhance market differentiation within the patient payment space.
    • Develops and oversees the creation and execution of detailed budgets and plans to achieve goals and demonstrate marketing spend effectiveness
    • Coaching and leadership for marketing team
