We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building products and features to improve the healthcare patient payments experience. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced organization and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out product features and enhancements that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

*We are open to this person working from anywhere in the Eastern or Central Time Zones. If you're in Mountain Time and are open to working EST hours, we'd love to speak with you as well.

We’re offering the opportunity to:

    • Identify new products backed by customer feedback, market research, data analysis
    • Ensure product and engineering alignment to strategic plan
    • Scope, document functional requirements, test and launch new products and features
    • Ensure features delivered meet/exceed expected requirements
    • Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
    • Prioritize backlogs for each squad and lead sprint planning
    • Identify vendors or partners as needed for new products and features
    • Support technical partnerships / integrations
    • Clearly communicate vision and goals of existing and new products
    • Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs
    • Craft product messaging / announcements (eg. release notes)
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions and company offerings
    • Assess healthcare and technology trends
    • Have a strong understanding of emerging patient and provider needs and product implications
    • Lead and participate in changes to improve internal processes
    • Hold team members accountable for agreed upon goals 
    • Provide feedback/recommendations to team in order to improve the team’s effectiveness (through retros)
    • Support for onboarding/training for team members as needed
    • Assist with interviewing as needed

Some experience that might help for the opportunity:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Design, Experience Design, Human Computer Interaction, Engineering, Business or other problem-solving discipline
    • 2+ years of experience in the health tech industry in a related role, such as implementations, customer success or support is required
    • Ability to be creative, strategic, analytical, and think outside the box to solve problems
    • Demonstrated history of making data-driven decisions
    • Ability to work with standard product analytics & business intelligence tools to measure product & feature value and identify new opportunities
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences
    • Consistently able to align multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities into a viable, valuable solution for your customers 
    • Strong time management skills and can work within time constraints
    •  Flexible and adaptable as the company and Product team grows and change is required to continue to scale and collaborate
