As the Senior Technical Integration Analyst you will support our Implementations team and be responsible for translating external and internal client requirements into technical specifications for our engineering team. You will test and validate the technical specifications, and you will review client business processes to determine how to best configure the Patientco System into our clients' business that minimizes workflow changes and/or improves client workflows.  You will work with teams across the business from Sales, Account Management, Development, Product and Customer Operations.

We're offering the opportunity to:

    • Understand and facilitate the needs and negotiation the requirements for multiple stakeholders
    • Translate business objectives established by clients into holistic digital technology, change management and organization strategies
    • Develop innovative answers to complex business and IT challenges for our Revenue Cycle Teams
    • Identify the current and future business processes for client implementations
    • Create, analyze and validate detailed functional specifications
    • Diagnose and leverage business processes and analytics to determine how clients can seize new opportunities
    • Recommend and implement changes and ensure a successful transition to what is new for the clients & internal teams
    • Work with development to review all required documentation, feedback and ensure all issues related to the requirements are resolved in a timely manner
    • Execute acceptance testing of requirements and analyze results prior to roll out to clients/customers
    • Perform full delivery project cycle from kick-off to go-live
    • Indirectly manage and influence the internal and client project teams
    • Prepare & develop presentations for clients in writing and in-person
    • Translate technical issues & troubleshooting into a client facing simple format

Some experience that might help for the opportunity

    • Bachelor's degree (Business, IT, IS or Management)
    • 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role at a software company
    • Experience working with file exports, acceptance testing, and data mapping
    • Experience leading and managing cross-functional projects required
    • High level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project & Visio)
    • 2+ years managing projects for internal teams as well as external clients  
    • Knowledge of revenue-cycle processes & applications, including billing, coding and reimbursement methodologies preferred
    • Iterative development methodologies such as Agile strongly preferred
    • Technical & analytical skills
    • Time management & tight deadline experience
    • Customer centric mindset
    • Ability to understand user requirements and desired business outcomes
    • Strong problem solving skills & autonomy as well as team working skills
    • Detail-oriented, well-organized and self-motivated
    • Must be comfortable with ambiguity, navigating projects with minimal direction
