PatientPing is a Boston-based care collaboration platform that reduces the cost of healthcare and improves patient outcomes by seamlessly connecting providers to coordinate patient care. The platform enables providers to collaborate on shared patients through a comprehensive suite of solutions and allows provider organizations, health plans, governments, individuals and the organizations supporting them to leverage this real-time data to reach their shared goals of improving the efficiency of our healthcare system.
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to orchestrate our multi-channel marketing engine for two critical segments; post-acute providers (skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, etc.) and payers (health plans). Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will oversee the entire marketing mix driving demand by creating holistic marketing campaigns that utilize SEM, Email, Webinars, Social, Video, 3rd party programs, Press, Content, and PatientPing Partners, and, when they return, live events. You will work closely with revenue operations to monitor, measure, and make recommendations that improve lead progression, velocity, and pipeline creation. In addition, you will collaborate with our agencies and contractors to execute programs and create compelling content.
What Success Looks Like:
In 3 months…
•Become a subject matter expert in the post-acute and payer segments by understanding the competitive landscape, prospect value propositions, and how PatientPing delivers that value.
•Help design and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel, multi-segment, marketing strategy to drive demand generation initiatives.
•Build cross functional relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues on the growth, product marketing, and partnership teams.
In 6 months…
•Co-create marketing plans specifically designed to build and covert pipeline for your respective industry segments
•Own the funnel and associated lifecycle nurturing, targeting and positioning.
•Manage, allocate, and optimize your budget for top performing programs
•Proactively engage external agencies on SEM, PR, and Content/Design projects
In 12 months…
•Lead development of a comprehensive marketing plan to support the company’s strategic objectives for the payer and post-acute segments
What You Need:
●4 years of marketing experience in a SaaS business environment preferably health tech. Start-up/rapid growth experience a plus
●Bachelor’s Degree. Concentration in Marketing a plus
●Demonstrated success coordinating campaigns that utilize multiple digital marketing channels (SEM, email, social media, etc.) and content marketing
●This is a fast-paced work environment, so you need to be highly organized, able to prioritize your tasks, and be detail oriented.
●Must be able to work autonomously and “connect the dots”
●Strong analytical and process improvement skills and ability to make strategic and operational decisions quickly based on customer data and insights
●Previous experience marketing to health plans or payers a definite plus but not required
●Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
