We are building a national network that connects providers with real-time notifications when their patients receive care anywhere, so that providers can better coordinate patient care. Our customers include hundreds of health systems, physician organizations, and post-acute care providers across the country. Job Description:
We are actively hiring a full-time Head of People to lead an innovative, inclusive, and collaborative team. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team you will report to the CEO and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders to ensure best-in-class processes and practices within People Operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about developing a culture of diversity and inclusion, learning, continuous feedback, and recognition that inspires a positive and agile team.
 
What You Will Do:
Execute: recruit, onboard, engage, performance manage and develop employees
Scale: build systems to effectively scale People Operations
Team: lead and manage high performing and collaborative People Operations team
 
What Success Looks Like:
In 3-months…
Execute:
•Recruit - Understand current recruiting state-of-the-art and identify improvement opportunities
•Engage - Absorb complete range of our values, culture, compensation, and benefits, and all other activities that support high employee engagement 

Scale:
•Assess current software platforms utilized for recruiting, performance, and personnel management
•Draft People Operations playbook to support path from 100 to 200+ employees  

Team:
•Understand current People Operations team capabilities and draft of org plan to scale
 
In 6-months…
Execute:
•Recruit - Conduct multiple in-market tests to evolve PatientPing employer brand and drive increase in top talent moving through the pipeline
•Engage - Conduct multiple in-market tests to improve employee engagement scores as measured by bi-annual survey
 
Scale:
•Build infrastructure to surface data-driven insights to how team is steadily improving in quality and performance
 
Team:
•Highly collaborative People Ops team that feels supported, has clear goals, and is making measurable business impact
 
In 12-months…
Execute:
•Recruit - Hiring plan predictably met. Strong employment brand recognition in Boston Tech Ecosystem
•Engage - Highly diverse and inclusive team with outlier positive engagement scores. Team feels surrounded by outstanding talent working cohesively to outperform business objectives
 
Scale:
•Strong infrastructure to communicate data-driven People Operations results against plan
 
Team:
•Efficient, cohesive, and exceptional People Operations team built
•Strong lateral relationships built between People Operations and rest of organization
