Job Description:
We are actively hiring a full-time Roster Coordinator Associate to join our team and create something meaningful that will greatly impact people’s lives. PatientPing receives data files from our customers that facilitate the coordination of care management. This role will primarily be responsible for concurrently managing the lifecycle of many data files, coordinating user account provisioning updates related to such files, and ensuring our customers have confidence in the handling of their data.  This position consequently also requires regular provision of feedback to customers as needed. The ideal applicant should be well organized and comfortable explaining technical, data-related concepts file to non-technical customers.

What You Will Do:
•Create and coordinate a high volume of open request tickets as new files are received
•Work closely with customers to manage expectations on timeline and requirements for open data file tickets
•Train new customers on our data file submission process and specifications
•Work with existing customers to continuously improve the quality of their data file submissions
•Communicate regular data file feedback to customers and explain the impact to their use of our applications
•Coordinate with customer account administrators to serve as the internal account administrator responsible for the permissions of end user accounts  

What Success Looks Like:
In 3 months...
•Get up to speed quickly on our technology and operational data file process
•Build relationships with the data file contacts within our existing customer base
•Begin coordinating the data file workflow for a subset of our customers

In 6 months...
•Independently work directly with our customers to continually provide feedback and improve our data file submissions
•Manage the data file workflow for our customer baseContribute to the distillation of our data file operational process
•Confidently work directly with customers to maintain user administrative workflows

In 12 months...
•Independently coordinate all customer facing aspects of our data file operational process
•Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our data file process
•Assist in designing internal dashboards and reporting to aid in the transparency of our operational process   

What You Need:
•BA/BS degree preferred
•Tenacious and sharp problem solver who does not shy away from, but rather is motivated by, seemingly intractable challenges
•Ability to understand client perspectives and build client relationships
•Strong self-starter with a track record of proactively getting things done (this also means you are comfortable with ambiguity)
•Willingness to learn database interactions or familiarity with MySQL
