We are building a national network that connects providers with real-time notifications when their patients receive care anywhere, so that providers can better coordinate patient care. Our customers include hundreds of health systems, physician organizations, and post-acute care providers across the country. Job Description

We are actively hiring a full-time Growth Development Representative who will help PatientPing grow by developing an effective pipeline of new customers. The GDR will work with Senior Growth Executives to develop market development plans, generate meetings with healthcare decision makers, and drive awareness through efficient lead activity management.

You will be responsible for discovering new opportunities, supporting Senior Growth Executives, and tracking and maintaining customer contact records. Successful candidates will enjoy interacting with people and building relationships, thinking creatively and strategically. You will succeed if you are innately entrepreneurial and passionate about our service, like being held accountable to hard performance goals, and have a lot of hustle.

What You Will Do:
• Handle inbound inquiries from current and prospective clients
• Reach out to website visitors to determine their needs
• Pass qualified leads off to Growth Leads
• Collaborate with marketing team for lead generating solutions
• Work closely with senior growth members to create and implement growth
strategies and processes that increase sales opportunities
• Track and analyze effectiveness of sales strategies and provide recommendations
for improvement to senior management and marketing

What You Need:
• 1-2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment (preferably
health or tech)
• BA/BS degree
• Advanced use of PowerPoint and proficient with Salesforce
• Tenacious and sharp problem solver who does not shy away, but rather is
motivated by seemingly intractable challenges
• Entrepreneurial, trailblazing spirit, eager to be at the forefront of health system
transformation
• Strong self-starter with a track record of proactively getting things done (this also
means you are comfortable with ambiguity)
• Analytical and very fast learner
