Job Description:
We are actively hiring a full-time Health System Sales Director who will help grow PatientPing’s care coordination community across assigned states. You will be in charge of setting and executing on a growth strategy across New York and New Jersey with a focus on acquiring health systems, hospitals, and their owned physician organizations. This is an individual contributor role and emphasis will be placed on your ability to carry an executive presence, be the face of PatientPing, while delivering clear, tangible growth results for the company. 

What You Will Do: 
As a Growth Director, your revenue responsibilities cover the region you are responsible for - Mid-Atlantic. The primary revenue driver for you as an individual contributor will be closing Health Systems, Hospital, and Physician Organization deals in your territory. You are responsible for ensuring that the region quota is delivered.   

What Success Looks Like:
in 3 months…
•You will acquire a firm understanding of the healthcare landscape of your region
•The market fits for our solution (Hospital, PO, SNF, HHA, and more)
•Sales tools training (Salesforce, LinkedIn, Definitive Healthcare)
•You will work with the Director of Growth to develop a sales plan that compliments the work that the other Growth teams are doing within your region. Your goal will be to further expand on that strategy to maximize our coverage in a state
•How to deliver a demo and an effective client meeting at PatientPing 
•Significant outbound prospecting and meeting booking 
•Build and manage pipeline 

In 6 months…
•Further increase your knowledge of the healthcare landscape of your region
•Uncover and close your first Hospital customer opportunity - net new or upsell of existing customer in your region
•Uncover and communicate strategic market opportunity & learnings to internally support team growth

In 12 months…
•Have met full revenue-quota targets 

What You Need:
•6+ years of professional experience in a business-to-business environment (preferably health or tech)
•BA/BS degree
•Tenacious and sharp problem solver who does not shy away, but rather is motivated by seemingly intractable challenges
•Able to strategically engage market participants to join PatientPing Community 
•Entrepreneurial, trailblazing spirit, eager to be at the forefront of health system transformation
•Strong self-starter with a track record of proactively getting things done (this also means you are comfortable with ambiguity)
