We are building a national network that connects providers with real-time notifications when their patients receive care anywhere, so that providers can better coordinate patient care. Our customers include hundreds of health systems, physician organizations, and post-acute care providers across the country. Job Description:
We are actively hiring a full-time Director of Sales who will be a key pillar of the growth of PatientPing’s care coordination community. You will be responsible for overall provider community growth and revenue generation for PatientPing’s 10+ active markets across the United States. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, managing a large team of sales executives including driving go-to market and overall sales strategy. In addition, you’ll be responsible for forecasting and executing against revenue by plan by acquiring new customers in several provider segments, including hospitals, ACOs, skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of success leading an ultra high growth sales organization.  
 
What You Will Do:
• Be directly responsible for projecting and executing on growth plan
• Hire, coach, manage, inspire an elite, national growth team
• Create senior-level relationship within provider organizations to accelerate growth
• Develop training and coaching modules and processes to speed growth
Identify and evaluate new market segments for growth
• Report to the Head of Growth
 
What You Need:
• 8+ years of sales & sales management experience
•A “growth hacking,” iterative approach to sales
•Constant learner, always looking to break current process to move faster
• Experience selling innovative technology products into the enterprise
• BA/BS degree
• Familiarity with public and private value-based reimbursement and health system transformation efforts
• Able to strategically engage market participants to join PatientPing Community
• Tenacious and sharp problem solver who does not shy away, but rather is motivated by seemingly intractable challenges
• Entrepreneurial, trailblazing spirit, eager to be at the forefront of health system transformation
• Persuasive and engaging communications skills, strong relationship-building skills, and a charismatic leadership style that inspires those around you
• Strong self-starter with a track record of proactively getting things done (this also means you are comfortable with ambiguity)
• Analytical and very fast learner
