Job Description
The Strategic Accounts Associate is a full-time role reporting to the Director of Strategic Accounts for the Provider Growth team. This role will manage and grow relationships with our small- to medium-sized customers. Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Retention
●Owning a defined book of business and being responsible for ARR
●Demonstrating value and ROI of the PatientPing tools and services
●Ensuring your customers’ long-term success with PatientPing

Growth
●Identifying opportunities to deepen customer relationships and grow customer contract value
●Surfacing trends in customer needs and feedback to internal teams

Scale
●Designing and executing campaigns to scale account management functions
●Collaborating with other customer- and user-facing teams, as needed

What Success Looks Like:
In 3-6 months…
●Learn PatientPing products, customer segments, and industry trends
●Understand key customer use cases and best practices, as well as buyer motivation
●Learn PatientPing’s commercial strategy and business priorities
●Design strategies to increase average contract value across book of business
●Grow relationships with Sales and Solutions counterparts 

In 12 months…
●Own and manage customers’ lifecycles and roadmap
●Lead strategic reviews with customers independently
●Represent the voice of the customer in team/company meetings
●Meet quarterly and annual retention and growth goals 

What You Need:
•An interest in healthcare and technology and demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
●1-2 years of B2B experience in customer success, account management, or sales preferred
●Strong organizational and project management skills
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills
●Curiosity and openness and willingness to learn quickly
●Dependable and able to work independently 
●Advanced understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
