Growth – Partnerships
PatientPing is a venture-backed health technology company based in Boston, MA that is transforming healthcare delivery. We are building a national network that connects providers with real-time notifications when their patients receive care anywhere, so that providers can better coordinate patient care. Our customers include hundreds of health systems, physician organizations, and post-acute care providers across the country. Our vision is bold – to build a national care coordination network that allows providers to put patients at the center of their care.
We are actively hiring a full-time Partnerships Lead who will help PatientPing grow by creating and optimizing partnerships with EHR vendors. This person will own both the strategic planning process for EHR relationships as well as the execution of deals and ongoing management of relationships. This role will interface closely with finance, growth, product and operations leadership.
What You Will Do:
•Collaborate with growth and operations to identify and prioritize new partnership opportunities.
•Engage potential partners, present PatientPing solution, negotiate partnership deals to accelerate growth.
•Build and maintain EHR partnership strategic plan.
•Collaborate with leadership to identify and execute on 10x partnership opportunities.
What Success Looks Like:
In 3 months:
•Develop deep familiarity with core business
•Identify and prioritize top opportunities
•Begin executing against existing pipeline to create new opportunities and optimize high priority opportunities and get 1+ win
In 6 months:
•Produce measurable, positive impact on PatientPing’s go-to market efforts
•Develop strategic plan for partnerships and get buy-in from cross-functional leadership
•Identify “what’s next” partnership opportunities
In 12 months…
•Produce substantial, positive impact on PatientPing’s go-to market efforts
•Generate significant progress towards strategic plan execution
•Have buy-in from cross-functional leadership on next 12-month plan for partnership team (resources, goals/metrics, etc.)
What You Need:
•5+ years of business development experience in a business-to-business environment (preferably health tech or payer)
•High amounts of adaptability, curiosity, grit and humility.
•Entrepreneurial, trailblazing spirit, eager to be at the forefront of health system transformation
•Strong combination of analytical and deal making skills
•Strong self-starter with a track record of proactively getting things done (this also means you are comfortable with ambiguity)
