Job Description
We are looking for a People Strategy Coordinator to support the People Team through our next stage of growth. As a People Strategy Coordinator, you will play a critical role in creating an exceptional candidate and employee experience. You will support new hire onboarding, HR compliance and system management, team events and recruiting interview processes.
 
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and time management skills. You are also goal-focused, enthusiastic to learn, and resourceful.
 
What You Will Do: 
HR Administration 
•Maintain internal HR systems, workflows, and personnel transactions
•Support new hire onboarding, account set up, and employee experience
•Execute on HR processes for employee changes; scale and adapt as we grow
•Assist with ad hoc projects including but not limited to reporting, employee development, performance management, and compliance 
 
Recruiting Coordination
•Candidate coordination and interview scheduling
•Ad hoc support to the Talent team
 
Office Management 
•Plan and execute team events
•Celebrate employee milestones
•Help to further define and strengthen our company culture and employee experience 
•Manage office and events budget
•Maintain exceptional visitor and employee experience by greeting & escorting guests, office upkeep, ordering supplies, stocking kitchen, and managing vendor relationships
 
What Success Looks Like: 
In 3 months…
•Administering onboarding and offboarding workflows
•Handling HR personnel transactions and forms
•Supporting execution of social events and managing employee birthdays
•Learning recruitment processes
 
In 6 months… 
•Point of contact for scheduling interviews
•Planning team events and maintaining office budget with support as needed
•Learning HR and office management systems and platforms
 
In 12 months… 
•Managing team events, office budget, and culture initiatives autonomously
•Executing HR processes and determining areas of improvement to support future growth

What You Need:
•2 years of professional experience in office management, event planning, recruiting, coordination, or human resources
•BA/BS degree
•Proficiency with Google applications and Microsoft Excel
•Strong communication skills and attention to detail
•Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize competing projects
•Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced collaborative environment
