PatientPing is an innovative care collaboration platform that reduces the cost of healthcare and improves patient outcomes by seamlessly connecting providers to coordinate patient care. The platform enables providers to collaborate on shared patients through a comprehensive suite of solutions and allows provider organizations, health plans, governments, individuals and the organizations supporting them to leverage real-time patient data to reach their shared goals of improving the efficiency of our healthcare system.
We are actively recruiting a passionate, self-starting Solutions Associate, reporting to our Director of Solutions. Our Solutions Team is accountable for facilitating new customer onboarding and implementations (“Launch Services”), for designing & bringing to market tech-enabled recurring optimization services, and for spearheading preferred post-acute network builds.
Post-Acute & Provider Network Management
PatientPing is the nation’s leading e-notifications solution, with the largest post-acute network. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure priority post-acute organizations are connected timely to support high-quality network builds for our health system and ACO customers.
You have the unique opportunity to manage the lifecycle from pre-sales to onboarding and implementation. You will identify, conduct outreach to, contract, and train preferred post-acute organizations as well as flag barriers along the way. You will work side-by-side with the Data Integrations team to ensure connectivity for these customers and with the Provider Growth team to identify revenue conversion opportunities.
You will also lead post-acute and provider organizations “Launch Services” projects of low to moderate complexity. Success is defined by three metrics:
•On-quality -- Buyer net promoter score (NPS), user adoption
•On-time -- customer go live within contracted timeline
•On-budget -- project completion with budgeted hours
Most projects are delivered remotely.
To achieve success, you will:
•Coordinate Activation of Priority Post-Acute Organizations: Coordinate efforts across internal teams to promote timely, high-quality network builds
•Ensure Adoption: Apply program and change management methodologies (e.g., track progress towards milestones, surface risks and mitigation actions) to set up new Customers for long-term success with PatientPing before handing off to our Growth organization
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months…
•Learn PatientPing products, functionality, target audiences, and messaging
•Understand why post-acute and provider organizations customers buy, how they measure value, and how they engage with our product
•Develop an infrastructure for tracking and reporting post-acute network build health
•Learn the tools necessary for sales and contracting success: Salesforce, SalesLoft, Hubspot, etc.
•Build strong relationships with the Integrations team and Provider Growth teams
In 6 months…
•Iterated on the system to track and report network build health
•Drove initiatives to improve Provider Growth Launch Services efficiency and effectiveness
•Delivered medium complexity implementations independently
In 12 months…
•Demonstrated success across multiple Launches (NPS, user adoption, on-time and on-budget) to begin to take on high complexity projects and increase the number of simultaneous Launches and Solutions you’ll be supporting
•Be sought out for ideas and input on what PatientPing should do next with and for post-acute Customers
What You Need:
There is a path for career growth for the right candidate who is politely persistent and gets things done! You will need the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and clearly communicate risks/barriers to timely implementation.
•2-4 years of experience in a business-to-business environment
•Experience with enterprise software; healthcare or electronic health records preferred
•Proficient in PowerPoint, Salesforce, and marketing automation software a plus
•Fearless to take on new responsibilities and try something new
•Self-starter who is receptive to coaching and always learning
